Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

We offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and unopened items. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return authorization and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Quit Hero products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item isn't performing as expected, we will replace it free of charge.
